After nearly an hour of idiot toil, I have these "lupini" beans (or whatever they really are) along with the rest of these giant fava beans (about the size of a dollar coin) out of their skins and cooking with everything else. Here's hoping that this next batch of Bean Chaos (tm) will be less of a curiosity and more of a meal.
