The trouble with security through obscurity is that for information, security is obscurity. This interpretation turns plans based on the idea into something out of Pogo:
"How are you going to hide the password information?"
"Oh, we're going to hide that information."
"That's just what I asked you; how are you going to hide the information?"
"I just told you, we're going to hide it."
"How?"
"Gonna hide it."
"Wowf!" (scuffle ensues)
