Apparently one pack of haw candy is really enough for me these days. I've observed this before but I can add that not only does more than one pack cause me to nod off, I don't even enjoy it.
Also, Cuisinart isn't kidding about not using their pans on high heat. They really do conduct it a lot faster than ordinary stainless steel. This is going to be some crispy chicken.
