Good news, I made more cookies and it wasn't that big a deal.
Another ½ cup or so of flour seems to do the trick with the oatmeal raisin cookies when made with honey, olive oil, and egg replacer. I just need to stir up the mixture every so often, so that the last sheet doesn't come out like pancakes.
Bad news, I stayed up way too late for no good reason and missed someone's birthday party. Arrgh.

After ½ hour I gave up and started playing podcasts on the stereo while I flossed, brushed, shaved, gargled, and brushed again. Now I've just finished making dinner. This is my first actual meal for virtual Sunday, it having become apparent that taking all of my calories in the form of oatmeal cookies is not really a good plan.

How does one go about wasting an entire weekend? One minute at a time.
I've pulled out the Python version of the Awk blog viewer thing, and have been going bananas beating it into classes and packages and so on. It took me a while, but I eventually realized that the database of entries should be in a separate bunch of classes from the stuff that blats it out through ye olde Common Gateway Interface.
Alas, my original implementation of commenting is just not right. Stuffing the entire comment text into the Openid server request URL is not very polite, and since the comment may get screened anyway, it may as well go onto disk before querying the server.
