These are the changes in the patch kit here for the 1mar94 release of
netpbm.  Use at your own risk, but please do let me know if I goofed.

Created patch change list.  Changes so far are:

bmptoppm/ppmtobmp: fixed bug with colourmapped images which don't use as
many colours as the bit depth allows.  (Smarasderagd)

pbmclean: fixed argument processing bug which caused a crash if invoked
without arguments.  added note to manual page regarding the default
number of neighbours required.  (Smarasderagd)

sgitoppm: fixed bug which caused crash when reading images with more
than three channels.  (Smarasderagd)
